Powerful affirmations chosen by you

“Words are singularly the most powerful force available to humanity. We can choose to use this force constructively with words of encouragement, or destructively using words of despair. Words have energy and power with the ability to help, to heal, to hinder, to hurt, to harm, to humiliate and to humble.”
– Yehuda Berg

There is great power in words, especially in the words in which we say to ourselves.

Every negative word you say to yourself, has the power to negatively affect your mindset and weigh down your spirit and soul.

By speaking positivity into your life, it lightens your spirit, allows you to forgive yourself and to recognise your capabilities and strengths. This is all so vital to finding self-love and acceptance.

Standing in front of the mirror each morning and speaking aloud an affirmation is a great way to start speaking positivity into your life. It’s something I plan to start doing, so I hope you’ll join me on this journey to self-improvement.

I thought it’d be a good idea for us to make our own collection of affirmations. So a few weeks ago, I asked you all to share your favourite affirmations on both Twitter and Instagram. If you aren’t following me already then…  *hint hint*! Please and thank you! 🤗

So here is the collection of powerful affirmations chosen by you:

  1. I loooove this! & I’m not just saying that because you featured my affirmation. My favorite one was “I have enough time.” But I think we should take it a step further and say “I have enough time TODAY” because aloottt of times we think we have more time than we actually do. So I like to tell myself don’t put off til tmrw what you can do today. Great post!
