If you follow me on Twitter or Instagram, then you already know that last week I was in the stunning city of Dubai. What you may not have known is that my girl Tinuke and I visited Dubai to celebrate her birthday – check out her blog and show her some birthday love!

That’s why I love having a post for each trip that is entirely dedicated to sharing my experience through pictures. However everything has its limitations especially when we had to pass up on taking a lot of great shots in an attempt to avoid getting harassed, but that’s a story for another day.
East Side Gallery was one of, if not my absolute favourite sight that I saw on my trip to Berlin. I have always had a great appreciation for street art so when I heard about the East Side Gallery, I knew it was a must see.
East Side Gallery is a section of the Berlin Wall, which was turned into the longest open-air gallery in the world. It spans over 1km long, with over 100 works of art and can be seen as an international memorial for freedom.
Last week, my friend Maria and I escaped an extremely rainy London for a few days for an extremely hot Berlin! Here’s a few of the pictures we took using my Samsung Galaxy S6 and her Nikon D3100. More pictures coming soon in some other posts. 🙂
